「Pumpa 练记」（以下简称"本应用"）由独立开发者 xpzeng001@gmail.com 开发并维护。我们非常重视你的隐私，本政策说明本应用如何处理你的数据。
本应用不集成第三方分析、追踪或广告 SDK，也不会出售你的个人数据。
为了提供训练记录、训练计划、统计、历史记录和小组件等功能，本应用会处理你主动输入或生成的数据，包括训练记录、训练计划、动作完成情况、身材记录、偏好设置、订阅状态，以及你主动选择添加的训练照片或训练海报。
除非你主动填写或使用相关功能，本应用不会要求你的真实姓名、手机号、邮箱或精确位置。
当你主动授权后，本应用会从 Apple 健康读取训练、心率、活动能量、体重和静息心率，用于整理训练历史、展示健康指标、生成训练统计和身体趋势。本应用不会向 Apple 健康写入数据。
从 Apple 健康读取的数据仅保存在本机，不会上传到开发者服务器、CloudKit 或 iCloud，也不会用于广告、营销、数据挖掘或好友分享。你可以随时在系统「健康」App 或系统设置中修改或撤销权限。
你在 Pumpa 中主动创建的训练记录、身材数据、设置偏好等内容默认保存在设备本地。
若你是高级版（Pro）用户，本应用会使用 Apple 提供的 iCloud Key-Value Store 在你登录同一个 Apple ID 的设备之间同步你在 Pumpa 中主动创建的训练记录与设置。Apple 健康导入的数据不参与 iCloud 同步。
这部分数据由 Apple 在你的 iCloud 账号下存储和管理。开发者通常不会直接读取你的私人 iCloud 同步内容，但 Apple 会按照其服务条款和隐私政策处理相关数据。你可以在「系统设置 → Apple ID → iCloud」中关闭 iCloud。
当你主动使用引体向上、俯卧撑等动作识别挑战时，本应用会使用相机画面在设备端分析人体姿态并估算动作次数。用于识别的实时相机画面不会仅因动作识别而上传至开发者服务器。
如果你选择录制挑战视频或保存训练海报，本应用会在获得授权后将内容保存到设备或系统照片图库。动作识别结果仅供健身记录和娱乐参考，可能存在误差，不构成医疗诊断或专业健康建议。
当你主动添加、分享或备份训练照片、训练海报或挑战视频时，本应用可能会将你选择的媒体文件上传到由开发者维护或委托服务商提供的云端存储，用于内容展示、好友分享、备份和历史记录恢复。
上传内容可能包括媒体文件、文件类型、关联的训练记录标识以及展示所需的媒体链接。本应用不会将这些照片、视频或训练数据用于广告、跨 App 追踪或出售给第三方。
如果你不希望媒体上传，可以不添加或分享相关媒体。已上传内容会在提供相关功能所需的期间保存；当内容不再需要或你提出删除请求后，我们会删除或匿名化相关内容，但安全备份可能需要经过合理的轮换周期后才会完全清除。
当你主动添加好友后，本应用会通过 Apple 的 CloudKit 公共数据库与你的好友共享以下信息：
除非你主动在显示名、备注或媒体中提供，本应用不会要求或主动向好友共享你的真实姓名、手机号、邮箱、身材数据或体重。
身份识别使用 Apple 自动分配的 iCloud 用户标识（CKUserRecordID）。该标识通常不能直接揭示你的真实身份，但开发者可能在提供技术支持、维护服务、处理滥用或履行法律义务时，通过 CloudKit 控制台或相关服务工具查看和管理本应用容器中的记录。
你可以在「工具 → 好友互相监督」中移除好友，以停止后续共享并阻止该好友继续通过本应用查看你的新打卡。此前已生成的 CloudKit 记录、媒体备份或对方设备已收到的内容可能不会立即自动删除；如需删除相关云端内容，请通过本政策底部的联系方式提出请求。
本应用通过 Apple App Store 提供月度订阅、年度订阅和终身解锁。所有支付流程由 Apple 处理，本应用不接触你的支付卡号或 Apple ID 密码，仅会读取由 Apple 提供的购买结果和权益状态，用于判断是否解锁 Pro 功能。
设备本地数据由你控制，可通过本应用提供的删除功能或卸载本应用清除。iCloud 数据可通过系统 iCloud 设置管理。CloudKit 公共数据库记录和开发者云端媒体会在提供好友、同步、备份、恢复、安全防护和争议处理等功能所需的期间保存。
如需查询或删除由开发者云端服务处理的内容，请发送邮件至 xpzeng001@gmail.com，并提供足以定位相关记录的信息。我们会在验证请求并遵守适用法律、安全与防滥用要求的前提下处理。
我们会采取合理的技术和组织措施保护数据，但任何本地存储、网络传输或云端服务都无法保证绝对安全。
本应用可能使用 Apple 提供的 App Store、StoreKit、HealthKit、iCloud、CloudKit、推送通知和照片图库服务，以及开发者为媒体存储和必要后端功能配置的云服务。相关服务提供方会按照其各自的条款和隐私政策处理数据。
本应用不针对 13 岁以下儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童个人信息。
若本政策有修订，更新版本将发布在本页面，并以页面顶部的"生效日期"为准。

"Pumpa 练记" (the "App") is developed and maintained by an independent developer reachable at xpzeng001@gmail.com. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how the App handles your data.
The App contains no third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs, and we do not sell your personal data.
To provide workout logging, training plans, statistics, history, and widgets, the App processes data you enter or generate, including workout records, training plans, completed sets, body measurements, preferences, subscription status, and workout photos or posters you choose to add.
Unless you choose to provide it or use a feature that requires it, the App does not ask for your real name, phone number, email address, or precise location.
After you grant permission, the App reads workouts, heart rate, active energy, body mass, and resting heart rate from Apple Health to organize workout history, display health metrics, generate workout statistics, and show body trends. The App does not write data to Apple Health.
Data read from Apple Health is stored only on your device. It is not uploaded to the developer's servers, CloudKit, or iCloud, and is not used for advertising, marketing, data mining, or sharing with friends. You can change or revoke access at any time in the Health app or system settings.
Workout records, body measurements, and preferences you create directly in Pumpa are stored locally on your device by default.
If you have a Premium (Pro) subscription, the App uses Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store to sync Pumpa-created workout records and settings across devices signed in to the same Apple ID. Data imported from Apple Health is excluded from iCloud sync.
This data is stored and managed by Apple under your iCloud account. The developer does not ordinarily read your private iCloud sync content directly, while Apple processes the data under its own terms and privacy policy. You may disable iCloud under Settings → Apple ID → iCloud.
When you choose to use a pull-up, push-up, or similar recognition challenge, the App processes the camera feed on your device to analyze body pose and estimate repetitions. Live camera frames used for recognition are not uploaded to the developer's servers merely because you use pose recognition.
If you choose to record a challenge video or save a workout poster, the App saves that content to your device or Photos library after receiving permission. Recognition results are for fitness tracking and entertainment only, may be inaccurate, and are not medical diagnoses or professional health advice.
When you choose to add, share, or back up workout photos, posters, or challenge videos, the App may upload the media you selected to cloud storage operated by the developer or a service provider for in-App display, friend sharing, backup, and history recovery.
Uploads may include the media file, file type, a related workout identifier, and media links needed for display. We do not use workout media or workout data for advertising, cross-app tracking, or sale to third parties.
You can avoid uploading media by not adding or sharing it. Uploaded content is retained while needed to provide the relevant feature. After it is no longer needed or you request deletion, it will be deleted or anonymized, although security backups may remain until they complete a reasonable rotation cycle.
If you add a friend, the App shares the following with that friend through Apple's CloudKit public database:
Unless you place it in a display name, note, or media item, the App does not require or intentionally share your real name, phone number, email address, body measurements, or weight with friends.
Identity uses the iCloud user record identifier (CKUserRecordID) assigned by Apple. This identifier does not ordinarily reveal your real-world identity by itself. However, the developer may view and manage records in the App's CloudKit container through CloudKit tools when providing support, maintaining the service, addressing abuse, or complying with law.
Removing a friend stops future sharing and prevents that friend from viewing new check-ins through the App. Existing CloudKit records, media backups, or content already received on another device may not be deleted automatically or immediately. Contact us using the email below to request deletion of related cloud content.
Monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, and lifetime unlocks are processed by Apple through the App Store. The App does not receive your payment card number or Apple ID password; it reads purchase results and entitlement status supplied by Apple to determine whether Pro features should be unlocked.
You control data stored locally on your device and may delete it using available App controls or by uninstalling the App. You can manage iCloud data through system iCloud settings. CloudKit public-database records and developer-operated cloud media are retained while reasonably needed for friend, sync, backup, recovery, security, and dispute-resolution functions.
To ask about or request deletion of content handled by developer-operated cloud services, email xpzeng001@gmail.com and provide enough information to locate the records. We will process verified requests subject to applicable law, security, and abuse-prevention requirements.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no local storage, network transmission, or cloud service can be guaranteed completely secure.
The App may use Apple's App Store, StoreKit, HealthKit, iCloud, CloudKit, push notification, and Photos services, together with cloud services configured by the developer for media storage and necessary backend functions. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
Updates to this policy will be posted on this page; the "Effective date" at the top will be revised accordingly.
